All withdrawals are processed through our system. Once you submit a withdrawal request, our internal accounting team will review it, which typically takes up to 72 hours.
There are two methods for processing withdrawals:
Bank Transfer β Withdrawals via bank transfer usually take up to 72 hours to complete.
USDC β Withdrawals via USDC are typically processed within 3 hours.
If your withdrawal exceeds these timeframes, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
For all withdrawals, we are required to conduct a Know Your Member (KYM) verification. Failure to comply with KYM requirements may result in your withdrawal request being declined. Suspicious activity or repeated non-compliance may lead to your account being locked, with funds returned to the original source and held for up to 180 days.
